Randy started his journey as a creative in the event space. After 8 years of long days and sleepless nights, he became burnt out and wanted a hard reset in his life. What started off as a joke, making spam musubi for friends became a spark that he never intended. After friends pushed him to do pop ups with the food, he went all in on making his dreams a reality: making delicious snacks!

JAZMINE / CO-OWNER
Jazmine was introduced to Randy's Spammys musubi in 2023 at her previous job. After leaving her job, she sat down with Randy and asked if he were to start this business that she wanted join in and help this business grow. Although she's still learning about the restaurant business operations, she has been organizing, analyzing, and documenting all sales & events. Her goal is to see Randy's Spammys go global!

KARISSA / SOCIALS
Karissa previously worked in live-events in both coordinating and marketing and through that fell in love with social media marketing. Since starting at Randy's Spammys, she has been creating viral TikToks and Instagram Reels, and expanding our account to new audiences everyday. Outside of working, she loves to play video games and stream on Twitch watch her at @karicosmos.

Rico is someone who we look to for guidance. He tells us from right or wrong. Best or worst. Thick and thin. And he loves eating spam musubi that we drop by accident.
